This family was looking to modernize their home of 20 years, a mid-century gem on Portland’s west side. The clients had two teenage children so the brief was to provide an elegant design in keeping with the era of the home, but it couldn’t be too precious. The remodel included custom cabinetry, a custom dining table, handmade tiles and Calcutta marble counters.
